LAKE GENEVA, Wis., Sept. 1, 2026 – FORM Wealth Advisors is marking its 25th anniversary by investing in the next generation of financial leaders. The Lake Geneva-based wealth management firm, led by Badger High School alumni Tyson Ray and Luke Kuchenberg, has established the FORM Future Financial Leaders Scholarship, which will award two $2,500 scholarships to Badger seniors pursuing college studies and careers in finance or related fields.
For Ray and Kuchenberg, the scholarship brings FORM’s anniversary back to where their own journeys began. Both grew up in the Lake Geneva area and graduated from Badger High School before building careers in financial services and co-founding FORM. The scholarship is an opportunity to support students from their alma mater as they begin exploring where their own interests in finance might lead.
“When we thought about how to mark 25 years, we wanted to do something that reflected where we came from and could make a difference for someone just getting started,” said Ray. “Badger High School is part of our story, and we hope this scholarship gives students the encouragement to explore what a future in finance could look like for them.”
Scholarship Details
The FORM Future Financial Leaders Scholarship is intended to support students as they take the next step in their education and encourage them to consider where an interest in finance could lead.
Kuchenberg hopes the scholarship helps students see the range of opportunities available within financial services.
“A career in finance can take you in a lot of different directions, but at its core, it’s about helping people make important decisions about their lives,” said Kuchenberg. “We want students to know there’s a place in this field for people who are curious, thoughtful and genuinely interested in helping others.”
Two $2,500 scholarships will be awarded in spring 2027. Applications are due Friday, March 5, 2027.
