FORM Wealth Advisors Becomes an SEC-Registered Investment Adviser (RIA)

RIA Transition Reinforces Commitment to Client Interests

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

LAKE GENEVA, Wis., Oct. 3, 2024 — FORM Wealth Advisors (FORM), a wealth management and financial planning firm, announced its new status as a fully independent, SEC-registered investment advisor (RIA), effective Oct. 1, 2024.

The move to become an independent RIA was a key step in FORM’s ongoing commitment to innovation and client satisfaction. It also opens new opportunities for the firm to operate with increased autonomy. “Our clients are the heart of our business,” said Tyson Ray, co-founder and CEO of FORM. “This change is all about improving the ways we work with our clients so we can continue putting their best interests first.”

As part of this transition, FORM continues its partnership with Raymond James as it moves from the Independent Contractor Division to the Custody and Clearing Division. “I’m excited about our continued partnership with Raymond James and the additional resources we now have access to. It wasn’t that this move was better for FORM as much as it was better for the way FORM can impact our clients’ lives,” said Ray. With this structure, Raymond James will continue serving as custodian of clients’ assets and FORM maintains full access to Raymond James’ resources and services.

Post-transition, the firm is focused on streamlining back-office operations and integrating technology solutions that enhance its service capabilities and help its advisors dedicate more time to client relationships.
