Tyler Rima was raised in SE Wisconsin and is beyond excited to return to the area after spending twenty years split between Chicago and Denver. He lives with his wife, their son, and their dog. He is a graduate of Trinity Christian College, where he received his bachelor’s degree in biology. 

He joined FORM Wealth Advisors in 2024 after spending a decade working in some of the busiest and most demanding restaurants in Chicago. He has a passion for anticipating and serving the needs of others, and for being excellent in his work. He is looking forward to growing and learning with FORM and building long-lasting relationships with his clients.  

He is an accomplished musician, having had songs find success on the radio and in films. To date, he has performed over one thousand concerts across ten countries. He loves golfing, camping, fishing, and supporting the Badgers, Brewers, Bucks, and Packers.
