Our Mission
The FORM Future Financial Leaders Scholarship was created for Badger High School seniors interested in pursuing higher education and a career in finance or a related field such as financial planning and investments, accounting, banking, economics, or business.
FORM proprietors and Badger alumni Tyson Ray and Luke Kuchenberg know a career in finance is about much more than numbers. It’s about building relationships, listening well, solving problems, and helping people make financial decisions that support the life they want to live. They look forward to learning about your interests, aspirations, and the impact you hope to make. Perhaps seeing your own journey in finance begin at Badger, too.

Who should apply
These scholarships were established to benefit students from the Lake Geneva area who intend to graduate from Badger High School. You are encouraged to apply if:
- You are currently in your senior year at Badger High School.
- You are planning to attend an accredited college or university.
- Your planned college program is in a finance-related field.
- Your high school record and successful completion of this scholarship application indicate that you can succeed at a college level.

Application & Selection Process
Be sure you meet the application criteria first, and then have the following information prepared and collected before you fill out the application.
Application Process
Completed applications are due Friday, March 5, 2027. No late applications will be accepted.
- Prepare a letter of intent, telling us why you have chosen to pursue the financial field for your career path.
- Obain an academic letter of recommendation from a teacher that will reinforce your academic abilities.
- Obtain a personal letter of recommendation from a mentor, supervisor, or other adult that can speak to your character strengths.
- Get a current working copy of your high school transcript.
Selection Process
Scholarship awards will be presented directly to recipients before they begin their first semester at school.
- Applications will be reviewed by at FORM Wealth Advisors selection committee.
- Recipients will be selected based on their personal stories and educational goals as reflected in their completed application materials.
- Scholarship recipients will be notified by Friday, April 23, 2027.
- FORM plans to recognize the recipients publicly in the spring.

Before you begin, please have: (1) your letter of intent, (2) current transcript, and (3) two letters of recommendation ready to submit. Two $2,500 scholarships will be awarded in Spring 2027.
