Sam grew up in Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. He joined the FORM team in 2026 with a background in technology, systems management, and business operations. In his role, he oversees FORM’s technology and looks for opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and help the team work more effectively.

Before joining FORM, Sam held positions at VF Corporation and Beacon Athletics, where he gained experience in systems management, data analysis, and automation.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys golfing, running, biking, and spending time with family and friends. During the winter, you can often find him snowmobiling or snowboarding. A lifelong Packers fan, he especially enjoys returning to Green Bay to watch games with family and visit his dog, Cooper. Sam also values giving back to his hometown community through volunteering at local organizations, including Freedom House and area food pantries.
