Adam Kierzek was born and raised in Wisconsin and recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Finance with an emphasis in Financial Planning.

He joined the FORM team in 2022 as an intern, where he learned the importance of forming meaningful relationships, understanding each client’s unique needs, and how to take the best course of action to ensure that their needs are met. He’s now a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and has passed the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams. He also holds Life and Health insurance licenses.

In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially outdoors. He loves golfing, hiking, and spending time on the lake.
